1. 30-day money-back guarantee
New hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of the plan fee.
2. Eligibility
The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of shared PHP and Node.js hosting plans. Renewals, add-ons, and domain registrations may be non-refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket or email us with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund through Paddle.
4. Non-refundable items
Domain registrations/transfers and certain add-ons are non-refundable once provisioned, as they involve third-party costs.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
