1. Agreement
By creating an account or using iqHost services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for extra security.
3. Payment & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in your selected currency; the charged amount is determined at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal content, spam, malware distribution, or activity that harms the stability or security of our infrastructure or other customers.
5. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, iqHost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
